Meet Lisa Marie
Lisa Marie Main defines leadership as the process of unlocking the potential of the people in the organization.
She has worked for more than three decades with senior leaders, leadership teams, and organizations globally to improve their alignment, resilience, and sustainable performance. She has focused her career on enabling leaders to succeed in complex contexts and building organizations that allow people to thrive and deliver their best together.
Lisa Marie’s association with Verus Global is strong. She was the Master Facilitator, Director of Learning and Development, and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2018. She worked with senior leaders across the globe in many industries to support meaningful and lasting change. And now Verus Global is proud to call her our CEO.
Lisa Marie’s work is a fusion of leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational alignment to support teams through critical moments that require clarity, courage, and collaboration.
Lisa’s academic credentials support a lifelong interest in the way people and systems interact: Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Leadership and Organizational Development in Human Systems and Former Continuing Studies Instructor at Duke University.
Lisa Marie incorporates systemic and somatic leadership practices into her work, including Appreciative Inquiry, Systemic Constellations, and Regenerative Leadership, grounded in neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology.
Lisa Marie is based in Colorado, where she recharges her batteries with her growing family in the mountains she loves, hiking, skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, biking, and more.
