Agenda
Learning and transformation is assured when leaders commit to, and actively engage in, an ongoing integration and sustainability process (something you’ve already learned over the past few months). This guide is one option that can be facilitated in conjunction with materials below.
Select one or more of the resources listed for the week and answer these questions:
- What is the most important message we can gain from these resources in regard to the agenda topic?
- Regarding the topic, what evidence do we have that we are effective or moving forward in this area?
- What plan can we create to ensure we make progress here? And how will we ensure accountability?
- How will each of us apply the concepts from these resources?
- How does this support each of us in being a Best Ever leader?
