You’re halfway there. The end is taking shape. If your team is on target to hit year-end goals: celebrate.

If a change of course is required to succeed, consider these seven, proven questions to create deeper alignment, energize around a shared reality, and make better decisions:

  1. Let’s clarify: To succeed in 2024, exactly what must we accomplish?
  2. Are we currently demonstrating the thinking and actions required to succeed? (This is a yes-or-no question.)
  3. What behaviors are getting in the way of our success?
  4. What three behaviors will be required for us to succeed?
  5. What does it look like to demonstrate those actions?
  6. How will we equip ourselves to model these behaviors?
  7. What’s the personal reward for being accountable to these actions?

Question three often scares people. Left unexamined, however, and your team will be at risk of never authentically answering questions 4-7.

The good news: When colleagues are acting in a manner that block the progress of the team, it’s often due to a lack the awareness.

That’s why on July 2 at 11 a.m. ET we’ll be exploring the hidden barriers the brain builds between people. This 50-min Activation Session is free. You can sign up here.

Bring your entire team. (Or listen to the recording together. We’ll send a recording to those who sign up but can’t join in person.)

Your fate is not yet determined. Together, you have an opportunity to make 2024 a year to remember. (For the right reasons.)
